A great friend of mine introduced me into the sailing world and started participating with him every weekend in the snipe regatta of Santander. 

Step by step I start learning knowledges about this new world, taking part in many races all around the country.

It was a great and sacrified time , everyone who has tried the Snipe class will kow what I mean!

After some years we started in J80 class, and a few years later doing cruising races 

Then I started doing crossings, and was there where I realised que lo que yo quería no era hacer regatas, sino disfrutar del mar, de la vela, y del control y manejo de un barco por mí misma, así que me vino del cielo (de Ribadeo más concretamente) la oportunidad de hacerme con el MIRALEJOS, el barco que describo más adelante y que lleva conmigo ya 10 años. 

I really like sailing alone. I enjoy a lot, but also to do it accompanied and share the sensations. Shared is always more!!! !

Life circumstances led me to make a change and pursue what I love most. Today, alongside holding a Yachtmaster qualification, I am a Professional Recreational Craft Skipper (PPER), hold a vocational qualification in marine mechanics, and am expanding my professional qualifications by training for the Port Skipper certification.

Actualmente, además de capitana de yate, soy patrona profesional de embarcaciones de recreo (PPER),tengo un F.P. de mecánica y estoy ampliando mis atribuciones profesionales con Patrón Portuario.

My professional experience extends beyond sailing yachts. I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of vessels, giving me a broad perspective on my profession and an in-depth knowledge of the Bilbao Estuary, the Port of Bilbao, the Abra Bay and the surrounding coastline.
